PRINCE 2 Agile Foundation is a certification course, which merges the methodologies to combine Agile concepts with PRINCE2. This certification course will validate the capability of a candidate to deliver the skills required for a project, which will meet the requirement of the end users. PRINCE2 Agile Training course is designed for the candidates to pass and earn the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner Exam. The key concept of this course focuses on the frameworks of Agile methodology along with PRINCE2 platform. The content of this course is designed to prepare the candidates to configure PRINCE2 Governance Framework on Agile environment. The principles and methodologies of PRINCE2 will be covered in details in this course.

Candidates of Agile Foundation Certification course will also learn about Scrum Framework, Agile Framework, Kanban Method along with Stakeholder and Project Management. This course will also endorse the ability of an IT professional to work with Agile transition method, Scrum theory, Scrum master, Sprint retrospective, Sprint planning, the blending of PRINCE2 and Agile and the configuring techniques of PRINCE2 Agile environment.

Prerequisites

  • No specific prerequisite is mentioned for this course. 
  • It is ideal but not required that the candidates have a basic understanding of the Agile environment and the means of merging Agile with this environment. 
  • Certifications on the similar subject matter of PRINCE2 Agile, would be considered as an added advantage for the candidates.
