TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement is made between:

London IT Training
And
The Student, Course Attendee, or Company’s Authorized Representative (as named on the invoice)

 


1. Course Date Changes
London IT Training reserves the right to change the course start date under unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a minimum notice period of five (5) days will be provided to the course attendee(s).

2. Payment of Fees
All fees must be paid in full at least two (2) weeks prior to the course start date. This policy is strictly enforced due to the high demand for certain courses, ensuring that our instructors can provide focused attention to all course attendees.

3. Refunds Post Course Commencement
Once a course or module has commenced, no refunds will be issued. London IT Training strongly advises all course attendees or companies to thoroughly review the course modules or discuss the course content with our coordinators before enrolment.

4. Refund Requests
Customers are entitled to request a full refund if the request is submitted in writing and received within fourteen (14) calendar days of the course start date. This policy does not apply to courses that begin within a week of enrolment. An administrative fee will be applicable if the refund is approved. The refund process may take up to 28 working days to complete.

5. Refunds for Discounted Packages or Bundled Courses

In the event that a student enrols in a discounted package or bundled course and has commenced any course within that package, no refund will be issued. However, London IT Training reserves the right to issue a credit note, which allows the student to enrol in an alternative upcoming course of equivalent value, subject to availability and prior booking. The duration for utilizing this credit note may be extended at the discretion of management.

6. International Students: Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Upon full payment of the course fees, international students will receive confirmation of enrolment along with any necessary documentation. If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, a written notice must be provided at least fourteen (14) days before the course commencement. In cases where travel arrangements need to be rescheduled or cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, London IT Training reserves the right, at its discretion, to offer a credit note for an alternative and upcoming course that must be used within one (1) year. An administrative fee may apply. If a visa is approved, students must confirm with us immediately to finalize the course schedule. Failure to do so may result in the need to offer an alternative delivery method. In the unfortunate event that a visa application is refused, a refund of the course fees will be issued, minus any applicable administrative charges, upon receipt of the necessary documentation.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling of Courses by London IT Training
In the event of the cancellation or rescheduling of any course, London IT Training assumes no liability for any costs incurred by the attendee. Every effort will be made to offer an alternative training method where possible.

8. Changing Course Start Date
Customers may request a change to the course start date by providing a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice, either in writing or via email. Requests received after this date may not be processed due to limited availability and reserved seating.

9. Right to Refuse Access
London IT Training reserves the right to deny access to any course attendee who has not made full payment by the due date.

10. Missed Classes
If a student or course attendee misses a class, London IT Training will not offer a repeat session. Once the course has started, class times cannot be changed.

11. Event Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you via email with as much notice as possible. London IT Training will not be responsible for any financial losses incurred, such as accommodation or travel expenses, due to the cancelled event. Where possible, a substitute training delivery method will be offered (e.g., alternative dates or live online sessions). If a refund is agreed upon in writing, it will be processed within 30 days, and an administrative fee may be deducted.

12. No Refund After Distribution of Course Materials
Once a student has enrolled (either paid in full or by deposit) and course materials have been distributed for prior preparation (including remote setup or configuration of the student’s laptop/workstation, cloud access to resources/study materials), no refund will be provided. The student, however, may reschedule the class or, where appropriate, opt for live online training as a substitute.

13. Non-Attendance and Compensation
If a student is scheduled for a class and fails to attend, a refund may not be issued. However, London IT Training may, at its discretion, offer compensation or a credit note for future courses, which must be used within one (1) year.

14. Feedback and Complaints
If a customer wishes to make a suggestion or lodge a complaint regarding their online training session, it must be done within one (1) hour of the session’s commencement to allow for timely resolution. For classroom training, complaints must be made within three (3) hours of the session’s start.

15. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
